About Project

The brief

This resort project is nestled on a serene 2-acre site in Kelva, Palghar, bordered by a tranquil lakeside setting. The client envisioned a soothing and lively getaway that blends natural beauty with modern comforts.

Concept

The design focuses on creating a peaceful retreat with vibrant social spaces, offering a mix of relaxation and recreation. Key amenities include a banquet hall, multi-cuisine restaurant, swimming pool, game zone, amphitheater, and dedicated areas for organic farming. The master plan is thoughtfully laid out to ensure seamless circulation, scenic views, and a deep connection with the surrounding landscape.
The architecture emphasizes openness, calmness, and sustainability—crafting a destination that rejuvenates both body and mind.

Blending earthy materials with fluid spatial planning, the resort offers an immersive escape rooted in nature. Every element—from the built forms to open green zones—invites guests to unwind, explore, and reconnect.
